This page provides all the necessary information regarding returns, exchanges and the right of withdrawal for purchases made on Shop for Shop. All conditions comply with consumer protection regulations and current EU online trading laws.
Return policy for customised items
Customised products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, as these items are produced specifically according to the customer’s instructions.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- the artwork proof has already been provided;
- the file has been reconstructed or optimised;
- the item is already in production.
Returns and exchanges for non-customised items
Non-customised items may be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that all the conditions below are met.
Conditions for an exchange
- a surcharge of 10% on the original purchase price;
- all shipping costs payable by the customer;
- the item must be returned to our warehouse in its original packaging and unused;
- the exchange will be processed only after verifying the integrity of the returned goods.
Right of withdrawal (non-customised items only)
Customers may withdraw from the purchase of non-customised items within the legally established timeframe. The withdrawal procedure includes:
- a fixed handling fee of €50.00 for return processing;
- return shipping costs to be covered by the customer;
- responsibility for any transport damage (unless the courier is arranged by Shop for Shop).
Requirements for an accepted return
- products must be intact and unused;
- original packaging and all components must be included;
- no signs of damage, wear or improper handling.
If the returned goods show any decrease in value due to improper handling, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
